Incheon International Airport

Description
Incheon International Airport offers only two domestic routes (Incheon↔Jeju / Incheon↔Busan: available only on the weekend / Inchenon↔Daegu: once a day).
To travel to Busan, Jeju or Daegu, Gimpo Airport is a better option. Incheon International Airport is expected to have more domestic routes in the near future.

- Location: 1st floor - in front of Gate "F", or east and west of Gate "F"
3rd floor - at the center of the airport, or beside counters "C" and "F"
or east and west of the departure platform

Tourist Information Center
- Location: beside Gate "A" and "F"
- Hours: 7:00 a.m. ~ 10:00 p.m.

* Guidebooks and brochures are available in English, Japanese, Chinese, and German.
Boarding / Ticketing Counter for Domestic Flights
Boarding and ticketing for both Korean Airlines and Asiana Airlines is available at counter "A" on the 3rd floor.
Lost and Found Center
Located behind counter "L" at the west end of the 3rd floor.
Internet Services
Internet services are available at Information Communication Centers located at the center of the 2nd floor (KT plaza :free for 30 min), the transfer lounge on the 4th floor, and near Boarding Gate No. 12 and 30.

Information for Arrivals  

Preparing Documents
Please fill out declarations handed out during your flight by the flight attendants in order to expedite arrival procedures.

  1. Arrival Card - Foreign citizens need only to fill out an arrival card for passport control in Korea.
  2. Customs Declaration Form - For families, only one customs declaration form needs to be filled out.
  3. Quarantine Questionnaire - Passengers and crew who have been to countries infected by cholera, yellow fever or pests, must fill this out.
Arrival Card
1. Fill out the entry spaces in the bold lines on the arrival card in English.
2. Accompanying minors must also fill out arrival cards.

Customs Declaration Form
1. If you have nothing to declare, an oral declaration is sufficient. Upon arrival, you must have the following documents read for Cusoms Inspection:
  • Your passport
  • Your Flight ticket
  • Your Customs Declaration Form, if needed

2. Customs Declaration forms may be filled out in the arrival area, but in order to expedite the process, please fill them out before landing.
